CSL Behring Global Head Portfolio Management in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for establishing and overseeing CSL enterprise wide processes and non R&D project portfolio management for CSL Group
• Defines strategy and implements the strategic project portfolio aligned with the CSL strategic plan in collaboration with executive leadership
• Drives development of enterprise process model, including the development and optimization of processes, systems and tools for program/project management
• Directs implementation of structured improvement processes to ensure strategic, operational and tactical improvements are realized throughout the organization
• Leads process change throughout the organization including people, process and technology
• Oversees development, implementation, change management, compliance and success measures for all enterprise processes and provides consulting support
• Develops and manages project managers, measurement and metrics to ensure projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and budget requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in business or technical field relevant to business process engineering; MBA/advanced degree preferred
• 15 years' experience in business process transformation
• Management experience of cross-functional, multicultural and international teams
• Experience within pharmaceutical/biotech/other regulated industry
• Experience within a global matrix organization
